We can see you either at our office or via video call. We are all licensed professionals, and our work is therefore regulated by Valvira.
At Samtalshuset, we offer support sessions regarding sexual health and intimacy following, for example, childbirth or cancer. Our psychotherapists provide support sessions and psychotherapy using cognitive-behavioral and integrative approaches. We offer both short-term and long-term counseling sessions in the form of support sessions or rehabilitative psychotherapy.

The Sexual Health Clinic offers professional sexual counseling and psychosocial support from trained sexual counselors who are comfortable and experienced in discussing sensitive topics. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to talk openly about your sexual experiences, insecurities, or problems in a safe and confidential environment. Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or somewhere in between, the goal is for you to gain the tools and insights you need to achieve a more fulfilling sexual health. Of course, they are bound by professional confidentiality.
Psychotherapist Hannah Lundberg
I have been studying to become a psychotherapist with an integrative focus at Åbo Akademi. I completed my studies in November 2025. Integrative psychotherapy involves taking an integrated approach and drawing on the perspectives and methods of various psychotherapeutic approaches, depending on the client’s needs.
I have over 20 years of experience working with addiction issues and clients. I have been working with alcohol, drug, and gambling addictions since 2007, and before that, I was a social worker. I was born and raised in Mariehamn on Åland and have roots in Western Uusimaa and Eastern Uusimaa.
I am ADDIS-certified, which means I am qualified to conduct substance abuse investigations and assessments. My educational background is in the social sciences and natural sciences program, with psychology as my major.
